Greater Seattle is a hub for IT innovation and startup activity. Brazil is also actively fostering its own “innovation economy”, as seen with PRIME, a project launched by Brazil’s Financing Agency for Projects & Studies (FINEP) which supports startups. Join the Trade Development Alliance and AmCham Brazil to meet with a delegation of Brazilian IT startups and innovation and technology advisers from Brazil.

At this meeting you will:

  • Get an overview of the Brazilian market from a legal and financial standpoint, and how Brazil is positioning its IT sector for success
  • Meet a delegation of young Brazilian IT firms that are aiming at connecting with U.S. IT firms in order to understand regulations and opportunities in the U.S., as well as its best practices and success cases.

Brazil is an important business partner for Greater Seattle and Washington state, importing over $2.6 billion in merchandise from Washington state in 2013. Enjoy light refreshments and get connected with TDA and AmCham Brasil!
